About KLNB Worship

Coconut logs on an island in the Philippines during World War II formed the very beginnings of what is today KLNB worship. My father, a young private who was good with tools was told to fashion coconut logs together to form a chapel so that a Catholic mass could be celebrated.

After the war he founded Church Restoration Services, the mid-Atlantic's largest and most respected construction firm dedicated solely to working for houses of worship. This firm which served more than 450 houses of worship over its fifty year history ceased business in 1996.

In 1998 after years of working with my father building and renovating houses of worship, I decided to service houses of worship by addressing their real estate needs.

Today, KLNB Worship offers proven professional representation to houses of worship throughout Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia and northern Virginia. Our team of dedicated professionals offers site selection services for congregations wanting to acquire land upon which to build, representation services for congregations wanting to buy or sell and existing house of worship, shopping center or warehouse for conversion into a church or other worship center. We also represent newly planted churches in leasing space in business parks or other free standing buildings.

From those humble beginnings, KLNB worship has blossomed into the single source for all of the real estate needs for churches, synagogues, temples and mosques in the mid-Atlantic. We are dedicated to providing superior knowledge and excellent representation with every transaction. My decades of experience in working with congregations has led me to write hundreds of articles for magazines such as Your Church, Church Worship and Technology and PraiseBuildings.com Report as well many of the most popular internet sites dedicated to serving houses of worship. I am regularly invited to give presentations both nationally and regionally on the topics of church real estate issues and site selection.
