Archdiocese of Baltimore	Represent the archdiocese in the acquisition and disposition of land and buildings. Ongoing assignment.
Glen Mar United Methodist Ellicott City, MD	Conducted search, located and successfully negotiated the purchase of 21 acres of ground in Howard County for new church complex. 2000.
St. Mary's Coptic Orthodox Savage, MD	Conducted search, located and successfully negotiated the purchase of 9 acres of ground in Anne Arundel County for new church complex.
Korean American Church of The Philipii	Conducted two county searches, located and successfully negotiated the purchase of 17 acres of ground in Anne Arundel County for new church complex.
Yale Presbyterian Church	Located and successfully negotiated the purchase of 3 acres of ground in Howard County for new church complex.
Presbyterian Church Synod of the Mid-Atlantic	Represented the synod in the disposition of a 112 acre summercamp. August 2004.
Glen Mar United Methodist Perry Hall, MD	Marketed and sold existing church complex on 3 acres. $5,000,000 December 2006.
